Getting ready to do a TC fluid change on my '14 diesel. I have the MP3023 transfer case and WK2Jeeps specifies the capacity as 2.0 quarts of ATF+4. I've read a thread or two stating some people were able to get more than 2 quarts in before the level hit the fill port. NP 231 takes 1.1 qts. a. add 7.4 quarts after a Fluid & Filter change. b. If the torque converter was changed add 8.1 litres (8.6 quarts) The TC only holds 1.2qts, I don't think so. Even if it was a misprint and should have been 4.7qts, it's still too much. I wasn't doing a flush. I've read too many opinions against it. Second generation. Fluid and Lubricant Specifications.
